Intricate Dies Don’t Have to Start a War

I love the beautiful intricate dies that many companies make. A few are Memory Box, Sizzix, and ECD(see abv. Pg). This particular gate die is made by Sizzix. After digging through my stuff I did not have the package for this Sizzix product as I thought.

I often have a terrible time removing the die cut from the metal die in one piece.  Place a piece of wax paper between the cutting side of the die and the card stock you should find the separation process much easier.

In addition to the wax paper I have also found that sometimes a little extra pressure in your embossing stack is helpful. Simply put an additional piece of copy paper or card stock in your stack before running it through you machine.
