After I decided to pretend that I couldn’t see these stupid pierces of yellow post-it tape holding everything steady.  If I hadn’t kept messing that up I’d have been relatively satisfied with the project.

In the making this card I used MCT Products, Copic markers and Stampin’ Up paper.

Of corse now I see I forgot to put the stupid sentiment on the card…lol. I’ll have to update my pics once I’ve rectified the issue., if possWill take for a clearer pic for sure.O

I absolutely love the wreath set used in class and I’m hoping to get my hands on this set soon.  In that sets place I used an evergreen die cut made by either Impression Obsession or ECD,I can’t remember which.  Looking at what I made do with I think it ended up looking acceptable.

i used Stickles ice crystal on the berries and edges of evergreen branches. The Merry sentiment and red berries came from the MCT Boughs of Holly stamp and die set and  the Winter Cheer stamp & die for the mittens.set.

Have to keep tweeting and see what I can come up with.

Today’s class was an interesting class, but also a lesson in frustration.  In the last few days I can’t tell you how many shaker cards I’ve attempted to create with a less than satisfactory results….grrr.

Being I am no quitter I will keep on keeping on to see where we end up and see what I can get the end product to come around to looking like.

my feelings on the card finished product totally made me forget to add a sentiment..oopsy.

Well, where to begin….I was feeling that I should re-do the tree in a different shiny embossing powder, but I was having an external argument about that idea.  This tree is from the Close to My Heart Holiday ??. I liked the assorted perfect pearls ornaments and I was totally digging my textured stars and snow dots along with the TH distress Faded Jeans ink on Stampin’ Up’s navy paper.

So, lacking any concrete feelings of what differences I wanted to achieve I decided to remain original until I have made some, if and decisions.
