The daily Prompt—Smiles by Sadje

Smiles are the window to the soul. If that is a quote I have no idea where it came from,  They just the first words that flew out of my fingers. As I write this my mind is clicking(rocks rolling around in my head) as I ponder….lol

Anyway, as I wrote the above statement I had a thought. For most people I believe smiles are the window to the soul. However, I believe there are those people who can smile at you, but have totally different thoughts going on behind those pearly whites.

The kind of person I’m thinking about are unfortunately not the nicest in the world. They are the people who can look you straight in the face and you think they are the nicest person in the world.

I’m thinking we are talking about  kidnappers, thief’s,murders, and the type.

In general, I like to think when I’m seeing someone smile that it is brightening their face with truth and honesty.
