Another doctor day…..sigh.

I’ll be leaving in about an hour for my doctor’s appointment. Today I have an evaluation appointment with a physical therapist in regards to my back.

I’m hoping that being as it is an “evaluation” appointment talking and planning is all today will entail.

If this was 24+ years ago it would be no big deal. A las, it is not 24+ years ago. No matter what happens, my finely balanced self will be knocked out of mental & physical kilter.

The amount of down and out will depend how long I have to sit waiting, along with the amount of stress involved.

As we all know, I’ll be sitting and waiting to be called back to see the doctor. Then, as if I won’t have been waiting long enough I will have to sit and wait in the exam room for the doctor to actually appear.

I’m not looking forward to my after doctor feeling and being.
