First Day of Real Physical Therapy

It’s not bad enough that it is Monday, but it’s also my 1st real physical therapy Session, I really have no idea what to expect. I also have no idea how bad I will feel following my appointment.

I’m in the process of making some thank you cards for someone and I was hoping to have them done today.

I’m hoping I won’t be down and out trying to recover after today. Unfortunately, I’m afraid based on how I am after a regular doctor appointment that I will be worse after this appointment,

I guess we will see what happens before long…..

  2. My mum recently went and she quite enjoyed it – she said it was very hard but her back feels much better now! Wish you the best of luck!
