My first marriage ended in divorce shortly before our fourth wedding anniversary, but at least it wasn’t bitter

My first marriage wasn’t actually bitter until after 10-12 years after the fact.

My ex remarried the same year Hubby and I did. We lived in adjoining roads, but had no contact and I have always wished him well.
