WooHoo No More Front Wood Privacy Fence!

Over the last few weeks hubby has been working on this most anticipated project. We had already replaced the front wood privacy fence once and it was already rotting…ugh.

My neighbor had started installing PVC fencing a few months back. I loved the look. My husband mentioned that he wasn’t sure if he would like it. Despite his misgivings he went ahead and started on the project.

After a couple weeks he finished the fence on the right front side of the house which is the shorter side. He was surprised that he liked the way it looked.

Surprisingly right after he finished the right side he went and bought the materials to do the left Front side. He immediately started working on it and just finished that side up yesterday afternoon.

We have some more grass seed that he is going to put out. That way it will fill in where the bare spaces are from where the old fencing was.

We still have to do the left side of the yard and the back. Unfortunately, the fencing is not cheap so I have to pay off this part a bit and then we will continue on. I can’t wait until it is done. It is going to look great.

I am also waiting for the paint store to open where I bought the house paint so I can buy a few more gallons. Once I get the paint bought my kids are going to help me get hubby’s shed painted to match the house.

I have so much to do myself that I am just not able to do. It is disheartening. Hubby helps me if I will just sit with him and tell him what to do. Although this gets it done, it is not the same as getting my own hands dirty.

I ❤️ love to hear your thoughts so feel free leave a comment.
