Three Things Challenge #283 by Pensitivity101 FINALLY, LOT, PRINTED

The parking lot was full. So, since I was going to be quick I though I might be able to beat the person who wrote the tickets. When I finally got back to my car there was a a nicely printed ticket under my windshield wiper.
