Floating Flowers

As I sit on my car I watch at a group of air ballooners get their rigs set up and filled with air. There are too many colors to count. There are a sparse few, if any, that are a solid color.

As they begin to slowly lift into the the air the beauty is breath taking. The mere fact that they can travel the way they do is amazing.

As I continued to watch them rise higher into the sky I couldn’t help but think that they looked liked floating Flowers. Like a bouquet of flowers that had come apart.

  4. This picture makes me happy. I lived a year in Albuquerque, NM and they have the big Balloon Fiesta every fall, so we went while we were there. They do look like floating flowers! I wonder if they will have it this year.
