What’s(In) The Picture—Water by Chrisbreebaart
Water
When Sally was finally able to leave work it was dark out and she felt as if she had been working all day. She could feel the tension knotting in her shoulders. She could not wait to get home.
Ass soon as Sally walked through her door locking it behind her she began dropping items immediately. First, her purse and keys hit the table. She kicked her shoes off and stepped out of her skirt on her way to the bathroom.
Once she saw the tub he tensions started to melt away. Sally turned on the tap so the water could fill as she finished disrobing.
She stepped into the tub and let her body slip under the water. As her head slipped beneath the surface she saw her hair floating loosely in the water above her.
She noticed a sting of bubble forming on the waters surface as she blew air out of her nose. She became intrigued by the way the bubbles grouped together barely touching. They remained huddled in groups refusing to pop and disappear. She studied these bubbles until she ran out of air.
The warm water wrapping around her body like a quilt never felt so good.
