We were sitting at the Cafe table having lunch. It seemed to be taking an exorbitant amount of time for our waitress to find her way back to our table each time she left to get something. As I glanced around there were very few customers although there were several servers.

After what seemed like forever we finally got our food. It was quite tasty despite the wait.We were now waiting for her to re-emerge so we could request our check.

Finally I could stand it no loner. I stood and raised my voice Check!
