In the context of blogging and writing, what do you think is more important: what you say or how you say it?

I think one is dependent on the other. If you say something that people are not interested in then it doesn’t matter how you say what you say.

On the other hand If you say something that people find interesting and you say it in the right way you will get positive feedback. However, if you say it in the wrong tone feedback could be non existent or negative.

Hence, their dependence on one another. In my opinion.
