Fandango’s Provocative Question #109

Fandango’s Provocative Question #109 by Five Dot Oh

Question

How many hours, on average, do you spend per day (or per week) on blogging-related activities? And, what do you think you might do with your time if you didn’t spend it on those blogging-related activities?

Now that my blog is picking up(Yea!) I spend more time on it than a few years back when I wasn’t contributing as I am now. Depending on the day I would say from 4 to 10 hours.

Truthfully I usually am on my phone when I climb in bed until I feel myself getting drowsy(I’d say a couple of additional hours).I do this rather than lay there for several hours staring at the ceiling.

It all depends on what other things I have to do. For example doctor’s and working with my husband on household things.

I also try to get time in my craft room(hmm…which creates content for blog).

Now I am working on trying to figure out You Tube. My You Tube also gets placed on my blog, but I don’t think it is a big part of my blogs interest, but maybe that will increase with time.

Hmmm, as I am reading my answer to this question I realize I might spend more time than I actually stated. At least I love doing everything I do for my blog(s);

  • Going through and answering email
  • Working on prompts
  • Creating handmade cards and other art
  • Creating You Tube Videos(learning) Is separate, but also use as content for blog
  • Responding to comments
  • Writing comments for other bloggers’
  • Probably stuff I am not remembering.

I really have not idea. However, I don’t watch any consistent TV. So, when I am sitting out with my husband instead of watching TV I talk with him and work on blogging while I am out there.

As far as part 2 of the question I would be in my craft room or helping with household when possible. However, blogging and its many included activities make things better for me. My pain is still ALWAYS in the back of my mind, but I am glad to have found blogging and the people I have met because of it.

I ❤️ love to hear your thoughts so please feel free to leave a comment , opinion, or feedback.

AS ALWAYS KEEP ON CRAFTING & LOVIN’ EVERY MINUTE! NO MATTER WHAT YOUR STYLE!…WHILE YOU AT IT ENJOY ANY WRITING OR OTHER PROJECTS YOU LOVE!

  1. Blogging is a GREAT distraction to take one’s mind off their personal problems (like chronic pain and unanswered medical questions) isn’t it? I’m glad you have found it a source of inspiration too! Great job Jennifer!!
