Quickie Question?

What would you say, is your signature dish? 

I got this recipe when I was working tech support for AOL from a sweet man named Richard. Anytime I have made it I have always been asked for the recipe.

I am including the recipient incase anyone want to give it a try.

Potatoe Casserole

2lbs Shtedded Hashbrowns—Thawed

16oz Sour Cream

2cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/2cup Onions

1/4tsp White Pepper

1/2tsp Season Salt

1can Cream Of Chicken Soup

3/4cup Corn Flakes—Crushed(Topping)

1stick Butter

Instructions

Mix all together except corn flakes & reserving 1/2 stick of butter

Place in baking dish

Mix crushed corn flakes with remaining butter

Sprinkle on top

Cooking

Preheat oven to 350°

Bake for 45 minutes
