Three Things Challenge #525 by Pensitivity101 FRIGHTENED, HEEL, LOCKED

I was frightened as I was walking home in the dark. I tried to concentrate heel toe heel toe when I hear the “snap” of a branch breaking behind me I shot forward like a bullet only to find the door locked. I broke out in an instant sweat….Locked??.
