Mixed Media From Random Tidbits

I used a 5” c 7” shadow box that I have had for awhile. I had bought it to make something else, but the items I bought for it were too big. That was kind of disappointing.

I have seen several projects done where the person has attached their first layer to a piece of cork with brads. I cannot remember who it was so if you let me know I will put a link to your blog in this post and give you due credit.

Today a lightbulb went off and this is what I came up with.

All the critters and such were left overs from other projects I have done. The shells and sand and things I have gotten from Amazon over time.

Hubby didn’t come to check out what I was working on until I was wiping off the front glass. He really liked it and promptly hung it for me.

The floor of my craft room was starting to feel like a beach with the sand and little bits that were lose and hitting the floor. Needless to say I had to attack the floor with the vacuum.
