Have you ever taken a hiatus from blogging?

Not once I started seriously blogging. Before I wasn’t consistent so it wasn’t relevant then.

Do you think that it is necessary to announce/declare the hiatus?

I think if you want to come back and still have your dedicated blog readers that you definitely should let them know.

Otherwise they will just think you decided to just throw in the towel and not bother looking for your posts anymore.

Did your blog “suffer” from the hiatus?

This doesn’t apply to me.
