How important do you think it is to embed links in a blog post?
I think the importance depends on the post and the informations you are giving. If you are giving examples of stores or sites then I think links would be appreciated by your readers.

Have you ever left a link on somebody else’s blog?
Yes, in the comments section. Sometimes I am leaving a pingback to a prompt. Other times I am leaving a link in the comments that I may have a post that is related to the subject of the post I am reading.

I frequently link back to previous posts on my own blog, sometimes leave links to blog posts of mine elsewhere if it is definitely of relevance, and frequently link to other people’s stuff – as something someone else has produced is important to me/ my blog I will link both to the exact source and also provide a general link to the website/ blog site/ social media account I got that piece from.

Yes, that’s what I basically. At the very least I include a link to the blogger whe was running the prompt I was responding to.
