I don’t know about anyone else, but if something supposedly edible but it is called Frankenfood I’m not touching it. If you can’t tell me what kind of food it is there is no way it is going into my mouth.

  1. I don’t blame you, Jennifer! I’d never heard of the term either, but I have heard of GMOs and it’s fairly scary to me that some scientist or biologist or whatever somewhere is putting ‘additives’ into our food supply. Personally, I think it explains why some of us now get sick after eating stuff we’ve eaten our entire lives without problems. That’s not scientifically based, of course, it’s just my private opinion. But it explains a lot of things if you think about it.

    I’ve heard that due to our negligence and abuse of our planet (pollution, building over what used to be farmland, and so forth), that our food supply is in danger anyway. Too many people, too few places to grow food. So maybe ‘they’ HAVE to figure out how to artificially grow food or improve it, but YUCK!

    • I agree. Even if there is not enough land there is always hydroponics which I think is a great invention and you don’t have to worry about rotating fields. Then we might even be able to let more land be natural for the wild things……
